I am Theresia Staps, a Personal Trainer and nutritionist.
I can no longer imagine a life without exercise, sports and a healthy diet.
Why?
Quite simply, I feel better than ever before, health wise, physically and mentally. Sport as a regular part of my life helps me to grow, to achieve my goals and just feel great every day.

PERSONAL TRAINING
The personal training is tailored to you, your individual goals and expectations.
Together we will find time to execute training plans customised to your needs.
Due to Covid19, only online classes and personal training sessions outdoors are
currently taking place, in compliance with the distance rules.
GROUP
TRAINING
If you are in the mood for burning off some energy together with others, then
group training is just the thing for you.
With a maximum of 6 participants, it guarantees the perfect mix between group
training and individual support .
TRAINING
My training approach is based on strengthening the five basic biomotor abilities.
These are the foundations for our athletic performance and our motor learning.
We can train these abilities throughout our lifetime and therefore maintain and improve the five skills.
The combined training of all these abilities and achieving optimal training results improves the overall physical condition and can prevent injuries.
